Day 5 was stress free, or rather, I handled the small day to stresses very calmly and hence the day became beautiful and different! :) It was a long day, but my engery level was good. People came over at short notice but I was totally relaxed, I could give them a kind listening ear. I giggled with a friend over the phone, sharing incidents from the past, looking 
at them from the happy and funny angle rather
than the struggle we had gone through. The overall experience was beautiful and calming.

Day 1: I had started the day with some stress. The session gave me a sense of peace which stayed with me all day, and the anticipated problem solved itself.

Day 2: The sound again this morning, I love that sound. I went out into some beautiful places in nature that have been special to me. Many times have I sat beside the rushing stream in actual life, without the bells. They add a kind of timeless, infinite note. I think this is the music of the universe. It is unifying and peaceful. I felt a deep rest come over me, a rest I have longed for many times. The sound envelopes me. I just want to continue to live in it. Before going to bed tonight I will listen again and see how it affects my sleep.
