"I Feel Like I'm Disappearing
From My Own Life"
“I feel numb…
“Like I can’t find any joy or hope for the future. I just go through my day in a haze. And I hate it because my husband deserves better. My kids deserve better…
“I don’t know what went wrong or how to get back from this.”
That phone call put a name to what
so many of us quietly feel...
Dear Friend,
That was Sarah on a recent coaching call with our Coaching Services Director, Marc.
Sarah’s in her mid-fifties. Good health. Good job. A family she loves and a house that's paid off.
On paper, she has a wonderful life.
So why was she near tears on the phone?
You see, Sarah used to have projects that inspired her. Now her evenings disappear into other people's social media posts and binge watching tv shows.
She used to walk into work ready for the day. Now she arrives
already drained.
She used to look forward to time with the people she loves. Now even good company feels like effort, and she needs more and
more time alone.
It's not depression. She checked. It's not quite burnout either.

It's something harder to name. Like a fire slowly going out. Like a river thinning to a trickle.
Then she said the sentence that really hit the root of what was going on:
"I feel like I'm slowly fading out from my own life. Like I'm disappearing."
Tell Sarah’s story to any coach or therapist and watch them nod. They've heard it in a hundred variations, from people whose lives look wonderful on paper.
You may have even heard a quieter version of it in your own head.
The Slow Dim
There's a name for what Sarah was feeling. We call it the slow dim.
It's what happens when the inner fire that fuels your joy, your clarity and your energy gets turned down so gradually you never catch it happening.
No crisis. No dramatic collapse.
Just a flame no one has fed in years.
And please hear this: the slow dim is not a character flaw. It isn't age. It isn't laziness.

It's a brain pattern. Which means it can change.
That lit-up feeling Sarah lost... inspired, clear, energized, at peace... isn't a personality trait. It rises out of specific brainwave states. Ultra-slow epsilon, where the nervous system renews itself from the floor up. Theta, where ideas and insight arrive on their own. Gamma, where focus and real mental energy live.
Visit those states regularly and the fire stays fed.
Get trapped in the one narrow, busy band modern life keeps us in… on the couch, on the phone, going from distraction to distraction...
And the fire dims. Slowly. Quietly. Exactly the way Sarah described.
Which brings me back to that phone call and the person on the other end of it.
The Man Who Has Taken That Call for 30 Years
The person listening to Sarah that day was Marc Gilson.
If you've ever pressed play on a Holosync soundtrack, you already know half of Marc's work. He's the man who has designed our neuroaudio meditations for three decades... tracks that have helped millions of people around the world.
But for those same 30 years, Marc has also been our lead coach.
Sarah's call was one of thousands. Thirty years of listening to real people describe the moment their light began to fade... and thirty years of watching, up close, what actually brings it back.
This summer, Marc celebrates his 30th anniversary at Centerpointe. So I sat him down and asked the question those decades had earned:
"Marc... after all those conversations, what actually matters?"
He didn't hand me a list of a hundred things.

He handed me four words.
Fathom. Inspire. Reflect. Energize.
Four themes that kept surfacing, year after year, in the people who found their way back to themselves.
Then came the part none of us planned. Look at the first letter of each word. F. I. R. E.

When I saw it, I laughed out loud. Thirty years of wisdom... and it spells fire.
Because each of those words names a state of mind. Depth. Creativity. Contemplation. Energy. The exact states that feed the flame the slow dim starves.
And creating those states with nothing but sound? That's the other thing Marc has spent 30 years mastering.
So I told him to drop everything else and build it.
Introducing:

Igniting Inspiration
Leave Your Limits Behind
Igniting Inspiration is a suite of four all-new 30-minute Holosync soundtracks.
Marc's 30th anniversary collection.
Thirty years of craft. Four states of mind. One purpose: to help you leave your limits behind and light yourself back up.
Let me walk you through them.
Track 1: Fathom
Descend into the depths of your mind
Every fire starts below the surface.
Fathom takes you to the deepest brainwave state so slow it sits near the very floor of measurable brain activity: epsilon, at just 0.3 Hz. That's roughly one slow pulse every three seconds.

And to carry you there, Marc built this track on the deepest, strongest carrier frequency in the collection...
174 Hz... making Fathom not just deep but a potent neural driver.
This is the track for pure stillness. Pure being. The state where your nervous system finally gets to put everything down and renew itself from the bottom up.
For the deep meditation explorers out there: this one is for you.
Track 2: Inspire
Fire up your creativity and motivation
When was the last time an idea found you?
Not one you forced. One that simply arrived... in the shower, on a walk, in that dreamy space between waking and sleeping.
That space has a name: high theta. It's the brainwave range most associated with creativity, motivation and those "where did THAT come from?" moments.

Inspire carries you down into theta at 8 Hz and holds you in that fertile state... then gently ramps you back up at the end, so you return wakeful, refreshed and ready to create.
Ideal for a morning or midday session. Press play, and let the ideas come to you for a change.
Track 3: Reflect
Enter a state of pure mindful contemplation
Think about how rarely you pause.
Really pause. Not scroll. Not zone out. Just sit with your thoughts long enough to hear them.
Reflect creates that pause for you. It settles you into low theta and holds you in a long, steady state of pure mindful contemplation
at 4.5 Hz.

This is where your experience finally gets to land. Where the noise settles. Where you see yourself, and your life, clearly again.
After thousands of coaching conversations, Marc will tell you the real answers almost always show up in moments like these. Reflect is how you get there... any day you choose.
Track 4: Energize
Refresh and renew your energy and verve
You know the wall.
Somewhere around 2 or 3 in the afternoon, the tank just empties. Your focus scatters. And the coffee you reach for doesn't touch
the real problem.
Most tracks take you down. Energize does the opposite. It takes you up... climbing into gamma territory at 40 Hz, the fast brainwave state associated with focus, clarity and real mental energy.

Centerpointe has pioneered gamma soundtracks for years, and the research keeps getting more promising. Gamma activity is linked again and again to sharper focus and that fully-awake, fully-alive feeling.
So the next time you hit that afternoon wall, you'll have a better answer than another cup of coffee. Real energy... generated by your own brain, not poured from a can.
The Technology Inside Every Track
All four soundtracks are powered by Holosync, our precision neuroaudio technology that gently guides your brainwaves into the target state and stimulates the brain’s neuroplasticity to improve with
consistent listening.

No technique to learn.
No years of practice.
You simply put on headphones, press play and close your eyes. Your brain does the rest.
And every track includes our proprietary Lateral Carrier Boost 2.0, a sound design feature you'll find nowhere else. LCB 2.0 increases synchronous communication between your brain's left and right hemispheres... giving you more whole-brain coherence, more clarity and a deeper experience from every 30-minute session.
Special 30th Anniversary Bonus
When you order Igniting Inspiration, you'll also receive something we've never offered before.
Bonus eBook:
Still Checking In: 100 Inspirations
For 100 straight weeks, Marc has written a personal note to this community called Just Checking In. A story. A question. A little wisdom for the road ahead.
We've gathered all 100 into one beautiful collection. Three decades of heart, in the voice of a man who never stopped showing up for you.
It's yours free with the suite.

Who Is Igniting Inspiration For?
The Ember Carrier. Your fire isn't out. But it's been a long time since it roared. You can feel there's more in you... you just need something that feeds it.
The Idea Chaser. You used to have more ideas than time. Lately it's the reverse. You don't want another productivity hack.
You want the flow back.
The Deep Diver. You've touched deep meditation and you want to go further. Epsilon at 0.3 Hz has been calling your name.
The Running-on-Empty Achiever. Everything gets done. Nothing feels alive. You don't need more caffeine. You need real energy from a rested, resourced brain.
If you found yourself in any of those... keep reading.

What Does It Cost to Reignite Your Fire?
And now for the question on your mind.
Thirty years of Marc's experience. Four all-new soundtracks. A sound technology no one else has. I know what you’re thinking.
This is going to be expensive... right?
I understand why you'd think that. Look at what we usually spend trying to get the spark back.
A weekend personal growth workshop can easily run $500 to $1,500. And the glow tends to fade by the second week home.
An hour with a good therapist runs $150 to $200... and an hour a week adds up fast.
And then there's the drawer of fresh starts we've all bought. The journal. The supplements you took for a week. The gadget that promised a “new you” by spring.
Add it up and you could sink a few thousand dollars into feeling alive again... and plenty of people have.

So when Marc and I sat down to price this collection, we could have followed that math. Four soundtracks. The Lateral Carrier Boost 2.0 technology on every one. The complete Still Checking In: 100 Inspirations collection. Priced like a workshop, this would be $500 and worth it.
But this collection marks 30 years of you trusting us with your inner life.
And you don't put a velvet rope on a thank-you.
So the entire Igniting Inspiration suite... all four tracks, the technology and the book…
Is just $79
Not $79 a month.
$79. Once. Yours forever.
Less than half of one therapy hour. A fraction of one workshop weekend. For something you can return to every single morning, for the rest of your life.
Those other things try to spark you from the outside. This one rebuilds the fire from within.
Imagine What Happens When You Light That Spark
You wake up, and the morning feels like an invitation again.
Ideas start arriving on their own... in the shower, on your walk, in the quiet minutes before
the house wakes up.
You sit down to work, and your mind is actually there with you. Clear. Focused. Present.
The afternoon wall? You barely notice it anymore.
There's more patience in your voice. More play in your days. More you
in your life.
And underneath it all, a feeling you'd almost forgotten... the quiet hum of being genuinely alive.
Not because you forced a single change.

But because you gave your brain regular access to the four states that feed your fire.
And fire does what fire does.
It came back.
Thirty Years Comes Down to This
Thirty years. Thousands of coaching conversations. Millions of lives touched.
This collection is everything Marc has learned, distilled into sound.
It's how we're honoring his three decades. And the way he wants to mark them?
By helping you light back up.
So take a deep breath, put on your headphones…
And leave your limits behind.
With love and gratitude,

MaryEllen Tribby

P.S. Marc designed these four soundtracks himself, just as he has for 30 years. But ask him about his favorite part of three decades here and he won't talk about the studio. He'll talk about the coaching... the joy of watching someone light back up. That's exactly what Fathom, Inspire, Reflect and Energize were built to do.
P.P.S. Still Checking In: 100 Inspirations comes free with your suite... 100 weeks of Marc's notes gathered into one collection.
