Each level has new and stronger Dive and Immersion soundtracks. In Awakening Level 2 you experience the same alpha, theta, and delta brain wave patterns, but at a lower and more powerful carrier frequency.

This makes Holosync more powerful—just as adding more miles to your run would make your workout more challenging and increase your physical conditioning.

As you’ve been using Awakening Level 1, your brain has been creating new neural connections between the left and right sides of your brain in order to deal with the Holosync stimulus. When it has created all the connections it needs to handle the Holosync stimulus we use in Awakening Level 1, you’re ready for Awakening Level 2, where the lower carrier frequency and again push your brain to change.

As you use Awakening Level 2, your brain will create more new neural connections. When you’ve made enough new connections to easily handle the Awakening Level 2 carrier frequency—and if you find yourself saying, “Wow. This is great and I want more”—you can progress to Awakening Level 3, where we lower the carrier frequency yet again, creating still more positive change.

In all, there are 12 increasingly powerful Holosync deeper levels.

Immersion 1.5 is one of the most remarkable Holosync soundtracks. I got the idea for Immersion 1.5 from author Michael Hutchison, whose 1986 best seller Megabrain introduced the public to the benefits of brainwave altering technologies.

Michael shared with me scientific studies indicating that when the brain was in a 1.5 cycle per second (deep delta) brain wave pattern, the pituitary gland is stimulated to make growth hormone levels of which fall considerably when we reach adulthood.

Human growth hormone (HGH) levels are closely correlated with health and longevity.

There has even been speculation that Indian yogis who somehow maintain their youthfulness well beyond their years because of their ability to meditate at this level.

Deepak Chopra notes in several of his books that a lack of this hormone is connected to a whole variety of aging symptoms.

Plus, as you’ll see for yourself when you receive your next level of the program, Immersion 1.5 creates a wonderfully deep meditation experience, and Holosync users love it.

It’s no wonder that Holosync users get so many comments about how much younger they look after they’ve been in the program a while!

Finally, meditating at this super-deep delta brain wave level creates even greater changes in the brain, further accelerating your ability to create positive changes in your life.

The time commitment in Awakening Level 2 is the same as with Awakening Level 1.

And, as with Awakening Level 2, you have the option of listening either during your last— or first—hour of your sleep period, if you like. Just wake up one hour before you want to get up, put on the headphones, push the play button, and lie back and drift away.

When the hour is up, get out of bed. You’ll feel more refreshed and energized than if you had slept that final hour in the normal way—and you’ve taken zero time from your day.

As with Awakening Level 1, the instructions ask you to listen to The Dive for the first half-hour immediately followed by Immersion for the second half-hour.

Then, after 12 weeks of this routine, put the regular Immersion aside and instead use Immersion 1.5 for the second half-hour (always using The Dive for the first half-hour).

Floating is used during sleep, making your sleep into meditation time. You may also play Floating at low volume over your stereo while you watch TV, cook dinner, or even while driving in the car, giving you more exposure to your affirmations (since the other Holosync soundtracks create an altered state of awareness, never listen to them while driving).

Yes, they are added to all soundtracks.

We take great care to make sure that your affirmations (and only your affirmations) are recorded onto your soundtracks. We cross reference by name and also by a number assigned to each recording. We check and double check every time we record soundtracks to make sure we have the correct affirmations.

No. You can use the same affirmations for the whole program, if you like. If, on the other hand, you have insights while using Awakening Level 2 (or any level) that motivate you to change your affirmations, you can do so when you order your next level. The cost for changing affirmations is $40 ($20 if you become an Inner Circle member—which also significantly reduces the overall cost for each level).

There are 12 custom made levels: Awakening Levels 1-4, Purification Levels 1-4, and Flowering Levels 1-4. Each level is progressively stronger than the preceding level because of the progressively lower, more powerful carrier frequencies.

Though when you change levels is up to you, the instructions give you four guidelines to help you decide.

One is a suggested minimum time. The first three custom levels (Awakening Levels 1-3) generally take about six months each, while the levels after Awakening Level 3 each take up to a year.

Ultimately, it’s your decision when to move to a new level, but we’ve found that these time guidelines lead to the best results for 98%+ of people.

You can stop at any time, just as you could drop out of college at any time. And, you don’t lose whatever progress you’ve made if you stop (the changes, in other words, are permanent). In fact, a momentum of positive change is established that continues for many years.

Most people, though, are so happy with the positive changes that they want to keep going. As you progress from one level to the next you’ll see yourself opening more and more to life and changing in extremely rewarding ways.

Remember that some feelings and behaviors you’d like to change are deeply unconscious and may take some time to change, while others may change fairly quickly. This process is different for everyone, and there’s really nothing you can do but take it as it comes.

One thing you can count on: Holosync will create tremendous positive changes, even in the most difficult areas.

Most people begin experiencing changes pretty quickly, within the first month or so. Most common is a feeling that “things that used to bother me a lot don’t seem to have as much impact”. Other common experiences include increased feelings of serenity, and a greater awareness of why and how you’ve been creating the events and circumstances of your life.

Holosync, though, is a long-term project. For a few people, changes can at first be subtle. What makes Holosync different from other approaches, though, is that it positively, absolutely works.

Time after time I hear of Holosync users experiencing powerful changes in areas of their life where every other method had failed. The time frame, though, isn’t always predictable.

Some people are more resistant to change. They associate their current way of thinking and being with safety, even though—ironically—that very way of thinking is actually creating their problems.

This resistance to change can slow the process, and for such people it can take longer before they experience a breakthrough.

We structure our inner world during childhood in a way that keeps us safe in our particular family structure. Sometimes the ways of thinking and acting that worked during childhood don’t work as well out in the real world.

As these deeply held unconscious strategies start to change as a result of personal growth work—even if the change is something we really want—a part of us resists. Unconsciously we say, “What? Change that? Are you crazy? That’s what has kept me safe!”

In guiding nearly two million people through the Holosync process I’ve found that those who aren’t sure they’re changing actually need Holosync the most and have the most to gain from persisting in using it.

I wish I could give these people a peek at what their future self will be like after several Holosync levels. I admit, though, that it takes trust and courage to continue when you’re not getting the same positive experiences everyone else is reporting.

In the beginning, some people are in a giant hurry to get from point A to point B. In a way this is good since this “inspirational dissatisfaction” pushes them to seek new ways to grow. Deep personal change, however, takes time, even with a method that accelerates growth as much as Holosync.

Please don’t be in a hurry. Take it as it comes. Each level has its own unique effect on the nervous system.

Skipping levels denies you the growth you needed to have in that level. And while some people are convinced that they’re so superior that they must need a level stronger than others are using, we’ve found that this attitude usually hides insecurities.

The Holosync program has been refined over many years since we started in 1989, based on the experience of nearly 2 million people. Please trust that we’ve worked out the most effective way to benefit from Holosync.

Because it isn’t in your interest to do so, we don’t allow people to skip levels. (By the way, the three or four people who talked me into letting them skip levels in the early days of Centerpointe all regretted it.)

I can assure you that using all the levels, in order, and for the approximate time periods recommended, will create tremendous positive change and you’ll be very glad you followed the program as it was created.

I’m just about to move to Flowering 4, the last level of the program. I can see how these testimonials look like pie-in-the-sky promises. But BELIEVE ME — THEY AREN’T!
