After thirty years of life coaching, Marc Gilson noticed something Profound...
Underneath Every Painful Story Are the Same Four Wounds
And Now There's a Way to Finally Meet Them,
Heal Them and Let Them Go

Press play to hear Marc explain the four wounds and how each one finally heals. Or if you'd rather read, everything you need to know is right below.
Hi, this is Marc.
I've been a life coach for more than thirty years, and most of that time has been spent right here at Centerpointe, listening to people tell me about the hardest things in their lives.
Here's something that happens after you've been doing this work as long as I have: you start seeing patterns you didn't see at the beginning.
Every client's story is unique, and every story matters. But underneath the stories, there's far less variety than I used to think. Because when you listen carefully, past all the specifics, people are describing a small number of very consistent wounds, over and over.
Four of them, actually.
Shame. Fear. Anger. Abandonment.
I'll be honest with you. This stuff is heavy. I remember saying that word out loud while I was preparing to talk about these wounds. Heavy. And it is.
But as I sat with it, another word kept rising up to meet it. A counterweight.
That word is hope. And that's what this letter is really about.
What Is an Emotional Wound?
An emotional wound is what happens when something hurts us deeply, and we don't have the resources, the support or the safety in the moment to fully process that hurt. Instead of moving through us the way a feeling normally would, it gets stuck. It gets embedded, often below conscious awareness, into the nervous system itself.
Ordinary pain, felt and processed, tends to resolve. An emotional wound is what happens when that natural resolution never gets to happen. The pain stays. And it keeps quietly running the show until it's finally met, understood and given the chance to heal.
Almost every painful feeling I've ever heard someone describe traces back to one of these four wounds, or some combination of them working together.
Guilt is shame with an object attached.
Anxiety is fear that's been running so long you've adapted to it.
Resentment is anger that never got acknowledged or expressed.
Loneliness is often what abandonment feels like, years later.
Grief and depression usually contain all four.

Most of us are carrying at least one of these. Many of us are carrying all four. They're like Lego blocks that click together, often combining to create different recurring problems in our lives.
And most of us have never had language for what we're actually feeling underneath, which is exactly what makes healing so difficult.
Why the Work You've Done Hasn't Quite Reached It
Maybe you've tried everything. Therapy. Books. Retreats. Apps and journals and morning routines. Some of it helped. Some of it may have helped a lot.
And yet something painful still remains underneath it all.

I get it. I really do. And I want you to hear this clearly: that's not a failure on your part.
These four wounds don't live where our thinking happens. They live in the nervous system. In the body. In circuits of the brain that were often formed before you had words for what was happening to you.
Which means you can't think your way out of them. You can't talk your way out of them. And you certainly can't achieve your way out of them, no matter how capable or successful you are.
Real healing happens at the level where the wounds actually live. In the brain and the
nervous system.
That's exactly where we built this to work.
Introducing The Four Wounds Holosync Suite

I designed these four soundtracks myself, and I'll tell you, after thirty years of doing this work, I’m especially proud of this one.
Four Holosync powered soundtracks, each engineered for one of the four core wounds. This isn't talk therapy, and it isn't medication. It's sonic therapy. Soul medicine. Precisely engineered sound designed to meet the specific wound you've been carrying, in the place words and willpower have never quite been able to touch.
Here's what each track does. (And yes, I'm going to nerd out a little on the sound design. I can't help myself. Bear with me, because the details matter.)

Track 1: Shame
Reclaim Your Worthiness
Shame is one of the most damaging wounds a person can carry, and one of the hardest to talk about. It thrives in silence. It grows in the dark. It whispers that something is wrong with you at your core, and most of us who carry it have never felt safe enough to meet it directly.
This track was built to create that safety.
You begin in a gentle low beta state, then descend gradually into deep theta, where the deepest layers of shame reside. The rest of the session holds you steady in that deep, restorative space, giving your body and mind the sustained time they need to soften the felt sense of unworthiness that shame carries.
Underneath it all, a potent 196 Hz carrier frequency provides a grounding foundation, and our proprietary Lateral Carrier Boost 2.0 technology activates during the deep theta hold to enhance whole-brain communication during the most therapeutic phase of the session.
Autofonix silent affirmations are woven throughout, speaking directly to the unconscious with messages of inherent worth, self-compassion, and the felt sense that you are enough,
exactly as you are.
Because the antidote to shame is worthiness.
And you are worthy of a shame-free life.

Track 2: Fear
Rest in Felt Safety
Fear is the wound most of us don't even recognize as a wound. It runs quietly in the background of daily life.
The tight chest that never quite releases. The mind that keeps scanning for what might go wrong. The body that never fully settles, even in genuinely safe moments.
This track was built for the frightened part of you
that has been on watch for too long.
Starting in low beta, you descend all the way down through alpha, theta, and into low delta, one of the deepest brainwave states the human nervous system can access. The rest of the session holds you steady in this state where the body finally recognizes that it’s safe to release the vigilance it has been carrying for so long.
A 396 Hz carrier frequency provides a clean, grounding foundation. This is a Solfeggio tone traditionally associated with releasing fear and grounding the root chakra, and it gives the nervous system something reliable to rest on as it moves from activation into deep rest. Our Lateral Carrier Boost 2.0 technology rebalances the brain's neuroelectrical activity, producing a profoundly grounding effect.
During the session, Autofonix silent affirmations speak directly to the unconscious with the specific messages that this wound has been waiting to receive. That you are safe now. That your body can rest. That the danger you were bracing for is not here. That you are okay.
Because the antidote to fear is felt safety.
And your body can finally rest.

Track 3: Anger
Step Into Sovereignty
Anger has a bad reputation.
Most of us were taught to hide it, manage it, or apologize for it, so we've spent years either swallowing it until it makes us sick, or letting it out in ways we later regret.
But anger is not the enemy. Anger is a signal.
It arises when something you value has been violated, when a line has been crossed, when your nervous system says clearly, this matters. Anger is your body telling the truth about what you actually care about. And when you finally give it the space to move through you, it stops running your life and starts serving it.
This track was built for the anger you have been holding.
You begin in beta, allowing whatever activation is present to rise without needing to act on it. Then you descend into alpha, letting the sharp edges soften. A hold at 10 Hz gives your nervous system time to regulate. And finally, over ten long minutes, you settle into deep theta, the most sustained phase of the session, where the anger that has been waiting in your body can finally be met, felt and released.
The 244 Hz carrier frequency, associated with clarity, peace, and grounding, carries you from initial activation into deep sustained rest. Lateral Carrier Boost 2.0 activates during the theta holds to deepen the therapeutic effects and let your anger's underlying material
be fully processed.
Throughout the session, Autofonix silent affirmations offer the messages this wound has been waiting to receive. That your anger has been acknowledged. That your boundaries matter. That you have the right to your own truth. That you are safe to feel what you feel.
Because the antidote to anger is sovereignty.
You are the rightful author of your own life.

Track 4: Abandonment
Come Home to Acceptance
For many people, abandonment is the oldest wound they carry. Often it was installed before they even had words for it, and it settled into the body as a felt sense that connection could not be counted on. That reaching out was risky. That safety, deep down, was just out of reach.
You may have spent a lifetime trying to fill that space. Working harder. Loving harder. Or pulling away first, before anyone could leave you.
However it has shown up in your life, the wound underneath is the same. Something that was neglected in you has been waiting a long time to be met.
This track was built for that longing part of you.
You begin gently in low beta and then rise into low gamma, a clarifying and integrative state that brings the felt experience of the wound fully into conscious awareness, where it can be seen, known, and held rather than hidden or bypassed. From there, you descend into alpha, one of the most healing brainwave states available to the human nervous system, where the rest of the session holds you in a warm, restorative space.
The 528 Hz carrier frequency, sometimes called the "miracle frequency" for its association with healing and transformation, provides a warm, distinctive foundation. This is not a heavy, deep-driving track. This is more like a ride on a lightwave, leaving you feeling light, loved, and open. Lateral Carrier Boost 2.0 activates during alpha to deepen this healing phase.
The Autofonix affirmations speak directly to the unconscious, offering the exact messages this wound has been waiting to receive. That you are not alone. That you belong. That you are held. That connection is safe now.
Because the antidote to abandonment is acceptance.
And you can begin, finally, by accepting yourself.
The Technology Inside Every Track
All four tracks are powered by Holosync, our precision neuroaudio technology that gently guides your brainwaves into the target state and stimulates neuroplasticity with consistent listening. No technique to learn. You put on headphones, press play and close your eyes.

Every track includes Lateral Carrier Boost 2.0, which increases synchronous communication between your brain's left and right hemispheres during the most therapeutic phase of each session. And every track also includes Autofonix, our high frequency voice modulation technology that delivers healing affirmations directly to the unconscious mind, past the filters that usually argue with them.
What This Is, and What It Isn't
I've spent thirty years sitting with people in their heaviest moments, and I know that healing these wounds is not something that happens overnight.
This is not a magic bullet. Deep wounds take time, and this suite is designed for consistent use over weeks and months, not one dramatic session. It is not a medication and not a replacement
for therapy.
What it is, in my experience, is one of the most direct tools available for reaching the level where these wounds can finally become known, accepted and affected. Which is what makes real healing possible.
And none of this comes from trying harder. That part matters. You've tried hard enough. This works while you rest.

What It Costs
A weekend workshop on emotional healing runs $800 to $2,000. A single therapy session runs $150 to $250. Most of us have already spent a small fortune trying to make sense of our own inner lives.
The Four Wounds suite is $69.
Not $69 a month. $69 total. Four soundtracks. Four wounds. Every piece of technology Centerpointe has spent three decades developing, with one clear purpose: to help you finally meet what you've been carrying, and let it move.
Spread out over the course of a year, that’s less than 19 cents a day. Less than a postage stamp. Less than a gumball. For a healing tool that you’ll benefit from for the rest of your life.
One More Thing, Because I Love These
To help you get the most out of The Four Wounds suite, we’ve also included a special bonus:
A set of printable journaling pages, one for each of the four wounds, with prompts I helped design to deepen the work each track begins.
I know, I know. Journaling. Some of you just rolled your eyes a little. But hear me out.

There is real therapeutic power in writing your thoughts down on paper, the old fashioned way. Not typing. Writing.
Something happens when what's been circling in your head has to slow down enough to travel through a pen. The wound gets language, and once a wound has language, you can finally work with it.
So after a listening session, or any time one of these wounds surfaces, print out the page, sit down with it and see what wants to be said. Five minutes is plenty.
The pages are included free with your suite today, yours to print as many times as you need.
A Final Word, From Me to You
After thirty years of doing this work, there's a myth I want to bust one more time.
The myth that these wounds are too hard to heal, or that healing them is impossible.
I know for certain that you can heal. Because I've seen it done, time and time again. And most of them didn’t believe they could at first.
I've seen shame become worthiness. I've seen people living with chronic fear find real safety. I've seen a lifetime of anger give way to sovereignty. And I've seen decades of abandonment released in favor of acceptance.
You may have carried these wounds for years.
But they are not who you are.
You are not too much or not enough.
You are a human being, carrying what human beings carry.
And now you have a tool built to reach it.
I hope you'll use it.
With you on the path,

Marc Gilson
Director of Client Services and Product Development
Centerpointe Research Institute
P.S. People sometimes ask me what I'm most proud of after thirty years of this work. It's the moment when someone finally starts to release something they've been carrying for years. You can see it in their face, you can hear it in their voice.
That moment is what these four tracks were built to make possible, and for $69, all four are yours to keep forever. Work with one wound at a time, or rotate through all four. There is no wrong way. Trust yourself, and trust the process.
