  • Do: Use the pre-approved marketing materials available in the affiliate portal. Share testimonials and reviews only with permission.

Email Campaigns

  • Don’t: Spam or send unsolicited emails, as this can harm both your reputation and ours.
  • Do: Follow best practices for email marketing, including obtaining consent and including an unsubscribe option.

Marketing and Brand Representation

Medical Claims

  • Don’t: Make any medical claims regarding our products or services. Avoid statements implying they cure, treat, or prevent any condition.
  • Do: Focus on the benefits of mindfulness and relaxation that our products promote. Stick to approved marketing language provided in the affiliate portal.

Brand Voice and Tone

  • Don’t: Use language that contradicts the brand’s professional and supportive tone.
  • Do: Maintain a tone of encouragement and empowerment, consistent with our brand voice.

Using Our Logo

  • Don’t: Alter the logo by rotating, distorting, or changing its colors.
  • Do: Provide adequate space around the logo and follow the brand guidelines for size and placement.

Directing Customers to Support

  • Don’t: Try to resolve customer service issues or answer questions beyond general knowledge.

This authorization may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary by Centerpointe. Participation in the affiliate program does not constitute a permanent or guaranteed right to market Centerpointe’s products, and all promotional activities must comply with the terms and conditions set forth by Centerpointe.
